Hi, I’m Brook, proud owner of Clear Choice Plumbing & Heating, and lifelong resident of beautiful Victoria, BC. Alongside my wife Mariah, I lead a team of skilled professionals known throughout Greater Victoria as the Smell Good Plumbers — because I believe excellent service starts before we even walk through your door.

Plumbing with a Purpose

I began my journey in the plumbing industry back in 2012, drawn to the hands-on challenge of solving complex problems and the satisfaction of helping people in real, tangible ways. I quickly realized, though, that most companies in the trade focused almost entirely on the pipes and fixtures, and not enough on the people living in the homes they serviced.

Customers were often left in the dark, billed by the hour, and hit with surprise invoices that didn’t sit right with me. I knew the industry could do better.

Why I Started Clear Choice

In 2017, I founded Clear Choice Plumbing & Heating with one clear mission: to bring transparency, integrity, and exceptional customer service to residential plumbing in Victoria. No guesswork. No hidden costs. No treating people like just another stop on the schedule.

That’s why we introduced upfront, flat-rate pricing — so you always know what to expect before any work begins. Instead of telling customers what to do with their homes, we educate and empower them by offering multiple repair options tailored to their specific needs, budget, and long-term peace of mind.
