The clay is fragile, the joints are loose, and aggressive water pressure can finish off a pipe that's already on the edge. For these we use very low pressure if jetting at all, or we recommend repair as the actual answer.
Pipe that's already structurally compromised — collapsed sections, fractured joints, broadly deteriorated material that needs to be physically replaced. Jetting doesn't fix structural problems. We say so and recommend the right service instead, which is usually sewer line repair.

We use the camera to decide which one your job actually needs.
Not at appropriate pressures on structurally sound cast iron. We adjust nozzle pressure based on pipe diameter, material, and condition — for solid cast iron we use full residential jetting pressure, for thin or aging sections we use lower pressure or recommend a different approach. The risk is jetting fragile pipe at full pressure without first checking what's there. We never do that.
